Admitted to practice in 1995, Rob is a former legal associate to the Chief Judge of the Family Court of WA. Rob commenced practice in his own right in 2003, when he established Crossing Family Lawyers.
Rob has been a member of the committee of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of WA ("FLPA"), was secretary of FLPA for four years and served on FLPA's law reform sub-committee. He is a founding member of Collaborative Professionals WA and has served on its council. Rob is a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Resolutions Institute and the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators. Rob is a nationally accredited mediator.
He is a former member of the medical and bioethical committee of the Law Society of Western Australia.
Rob is a committee member of the 2/2 Commando Association of Australia (Inc.) and is a member of the council of Christ Church Grammar School.
He has a diverse practice, with particular interest in collaborative dispute resolution, farming cases, property settlements, financial agreements and issues relating to children.
